BIOGRAPHY
'Paul Fischer was a student at the Kunstakademi in Copenhagen. He painted some historical canvases, portraits and scenes from everyday life, in particular street and market scenes. He also produced a number of terracottas. He exhibited in Munich in 1891, and then occasionally in Paris.'  (Benezit, Dictionary of Artists, Paris, 2006)
